Pilot Hill Estates Homeowners Association was established in the mid-70s to manage the over 65 residences in the Pilot Hill Estates community.  The Board consists of residents who are committed to the maintenance of roadways, the community pond, and the well-being of its residents.  The PHEHA Board meets on the first Wednesday of each month.
