There have been multiple sightings and livestock kills recently in the Estates.  These animals seem to be getting more comfortable around the HOA so we all need to be vigilant and aware and keep an eye out for ourselves and our neighbors. Please contact the Board immediately if you have seen or have had any interaction with a mountain lion.  Report sightings (mountain lion, bear, bobcats, etc.) immediately to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife at (916) 358-2900.  You can also reach out to the Sacramento Fish and Wildlife Office at (916) 414-6600.
